Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except public holidays).

We aim to process your purchase within 1-2 working days, providing payment has been received. 

All orders within NZ are sent via courier. The estimated delivery time for this is 2-5 working days depending on your area. However, we do not accept responsibility for delays in postage that are out of our control.

For NZ Rural addresses, please select Rural shipping from the drop down menu to avoid shipping delays.

All international orders are sent via Airmail, the estimated delivery time for this is 5-15 working days depending on your region.
